Dorton Air Concepts, Inc. uses compressed air to blow out any build up in the condensate drainlines. If you set up a p.m. contract we can take care of that for you. Dorton Air always recommends that you do home owner maintenance on your system even if you have a p.m. contract with us. You should pour approx. 1 cup of bleach in your cleanout tee once a month. A good way to remember is when you get your electric bill each month you should change your filter and pour a cup of bleach in the drain. These small things can help prevent large utility bills!
